We’re delighted to welcome Jonathan Andrews, founder of Remarkable Partnerships, to the CIOF South West Conference 2026. In his session “Small charity. Big partnerships.”, Jonathan will challenge the idea that only large charities can secure meaningful corporate partnerships. Drawing on nearly three decades of experience and real examples like Bristol-based charity Learning with Parents securing a high-value partnership with IG Group, Jonathan will share practical steps to help small and growing charities approach businesses with confidence.

Please join us to network, connect, discover and learn this April.

This year's venue is the Rougemont Hotel, Exeter. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, opposite Exeter Centre Train Station.

Tickets include a full speaker line up with multiple sessions to choose from and a two course lunch in the hotel restuarant.

Working with Remarkable Partnerships has been game-changing. We have embraced the power of storytelling, become more focused on both new business and partnership growth, and have got our trustees sharing more of their contacts with us. Over the 12 months of our work with Remarkable Partnerships, we have secured a partnership with a household name company worth £110,000, launched a new strategic project with a major car manufacturer and increased the average value of our existing partnerships.

Attending the Remarkable Partnerships Masterclass for securing funding for charities was truly invaluable. It equipped me with the tools, insights, and practical knowledge to navigate the complex world of corporate partnerships effectively. From understanding the challenges to crafting compelling proposals, every aspect was covered with expertise. The emphasis on tailoring approaches and real-world case studies made it highly impactful.

Moreover, the networking opportunities opened doors to potential collaborations, enhancing our organization's mission fulfillment. I highly recommend this course to anyone aiming to maximise their impact through strategic partnerships.

Remarkable Partnerships helped at a crucial moment. Together, they shifted forward our thinking on corporate partnerships and through training built consensus and buy in from across the organisation. The team delivered outstanding practical support - identifying prospects, developing bespoke approaches and proposals, sharing their expertise to help the Chief Executive and I to think big and to set a clear road map for the future of our partnerships.

Working with the Remarkable Partnerships team has given us a huge head start on corporate partnerships. As a small team, it can be difficult to know where to start, but Remarkable Partnerships have come equipped with confidence, creativity and an incredible toolkit, leading to huge results in the first three months alone. If you’re thinking of investing in corporate partnerships, we couldn’t recommend anyone more!

Absolutely remarkable workshop, thank youPeter and Nic and everyone.

I’ve done various professional development webinars and workshops; this one was perhaps the most valuable.

As I mentioned at the beginning, what I was looking to get out of the course was structure and a succinct pitch. The structure was well covered; through the breakout rooms and further practice, my pitch will be structured and succinct. I’ll be ready to meet any corporate and pitch more confidently than ever and win truly transformative partnerships.

This course was really remarkable! It helped me switch my focus from what I need from a partnership to what we can deliver and to look for the shared values and purpose. It introduced me to a simple formula that I can used with my team when prospecting and gave me some great new ideas for pitches.

Kickstarting our corporate partnerships programme barely covers the results we’ve achieved with Remarkable Partnerships. We have converted small enquiries into six figure partnerships. We have converted transactional relationships into five year, high level partnerships. And we’ve built a partnerships offer that is too good to turn down. To put it simply: Remarkable Partnerships have transformed our capacity and allowed us to be far more ambitious. We love it.

WWF worked with Remarkable Partnerships because we wanted to develop compelling and unique propositions for our priority industries. Crucially we wanted to develop those propositions in collaboration with key colleagues across the charity to ensure they tackled the most important challenges and to ensure they were deliverable. They skilfully supported us to do this and so much more. They particularly emphasised the power of emotion in our propositions, which gave them a greater cutting edge. Also in one three-hour workshop we made more progress on collaborating with colleagues than we had done in the previous six months. I would happily recommend Remarkable Partnerships to any charity wanting to take their industry propositions and internal collaboration to the next level.

The Corporate Partnerships Masterclass was brilliant. I'd really recommend it to anyone who wants to take their corporate partnership skills to the next level. The course made me reflect on my own practice, and how I could tweak certain aspects to really push on and achieve even more successful partnership outcomes. All of the facilitators were very knowledgeable and supportive in their delivery, whilst challenging me professionally, which I enjoyed! I came away with lots of great ideas,  tips, new skills and knowledge to implement in my day to day work.
